A lady I know
rescues and looks after native Australian animals. She told me how one
of the animals she looks after attacked her. The animal was a Euro, a type of Kangaroo. It knocked her down, and continued to attack her on the
ground. The lady is not as young as she used to be and cannot get
herself up from flat ground. She attempted to crawl to the fence so she
could haul herself up. This was difficult with a Kangaroo attacking her.
But the attack had been
seen from a distance. One of her other animals, a Red Kangaroo, came
over and chased the attacking Euro away. The lady was not seriously hurt.
